Task Two (Film Analysis) Criterion A and D Watch The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. In your process journal, take notes as you view the film. After viewing The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, you will choose a still (take a screen-shot) from the film, then discuss and deliver a presentation on the 15 points of mise-en-scene in that still. Here is an example - 15 Points of Mise-en-sce Remember: The important part of a mise-en-scene analysis is not just identifying the components of the shot, but explaining the meaning or significance behind those components and connecting the shot to the theme of the film, and the inquiry questions below.
